Accentia Biopharmaceuticals, Inc is a vertically-integrated specialty biopharmaceutical company, formed by the Hopkins Capital Group, LLC and affiliates to acquire late-stage targeted therapeutics and to use patented delivery technologies to enhance the performance of these therapeutics. The Company consists of two wholly-owned subsidiaries, and a majority, controlling interest in a third company. Together, these assets provide for a comprehensive ability to commercialize biopharmaceuticals.
